At Energizing Moments, every box is thoughtfully curated with care and intention. Because our products are wellness, personal-use, and gift-style items, we maintain a simple and transparent return policy to ensure a safe and consistent experience for all customers.


🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of self-care items (such as skincare, food treats, journals, and spa products), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This policy helps us maintain product safety, hygiene standards, and the quality of every box.


💛 If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • incorrect,

  • missing an item,

please contact us within 3 days of delivery at energizingmomentsshop@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

We will gladly replace the affected item or offer a store credit, depending on the situation.


📦 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.

If your order has already begun fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


🎁 Personalized Items

Products that include personalization (names, messages, or custom requests) cannot be cancelled or refunded, as they are made specifically for you.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS/UPS marks a package as Delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), we will work with the carrier to locate it or provide a replacement.
